A plate decorated in famille rose enamels, bianco sopra bianco and gilding with a rare and unidentified armorial subject of two crowned obelisks with mulberries (?) above bases with three panels each of horticultural images below apocryphal mottos; a panel with two monograms below a crown between the obelisks and birds amongst floral motifs; the border with flower sprigs in gilt.

Condition: extensively restored - the plate has been broken into four pieces and re-stuck.

Yongzheng/Qianlong period, circa 1730-1740.
