Delft covered vase



A blue and white Delft earthenware octagonal ribbed moulded beaker vase and cover decorated with Chinese figures in a landscape in the Kangxi style. The finial in the form of a Buddhistic lion. Marked to the base with "A" above "jvDB", for De Grieksche A factory under Jan van den Briel.

Condition: the vase with some fritting, the cover with chips to the rim, otherwise fine.
